osm2po is not an open source project and as such, not widely used in OpenStreetMap. You should try one of the alternatives listed in that link where you are more likely to find people who can help, or else contact the makers of osm2po directly.

THX. But i want to develop it in windows systerm, which osm2pgrouting can not run. Is there any other alternative can transfer .osm data to sql?
