Hello, I would like to locate a Samsung tablet with a real GPS receiver, WiFi only. Internet fluff does not give detailed specs. Any help or suggestions welcomed. Dennis asked 26 Nov '22, 15:28 djglover7 |

The internet is a big place - there are certainly sites that can help you. I'd start with a GSMArena search such as this one (which finds 31 devices) and then narrowing that down via "To refine your search click here", before checking for reviews from real people of a sepecific model. To be clear - I'm not in any way associated with GSMArena but have successfully used them in the past for specification comparisons when checking or buying devices. answered 26 Nov '22, 18:54 SomeoneElse ♦ you very much.

I'm not sure if that's even a thing! However, even my many-years-old Samsung Tab S2 supports wifi and has a SIM card slot. Just don't put a SIM card in it; it'll still work.

A "pay as you go" sim gives AGPS even if it has no credit left, or seems to.

Found one. Thank you for the help. Samsung - Galaxy Tab A7 Lite 8.7" 64 GB with Wi-Fi answered 27 Nov '22, 11:46 djglover7 |
Thank you.
Need to use tablet for dedicated NAV station in vehicle.
Have tried multiple variations of that search. Can never get factory specs on GPS capability. Did find a few very high end tablets but I am looking for something basic.
