Hello! Could you please explain how to get back photos from Flickr? Now it is not available to open it (they are unfound). Thank you

You've posted this on a help site for OpenStreetMap. You'll need to contact Flickr's support.

If a Flickr photo was linked to an OSM item (for example, as street-level imagery), then a deleted photo may no longer serve a purpose in OSM. Sometimes Wikimedia Commons imports appropriately-licensed photos to it's repository (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/category:files_from_Flickr), where they may remain even after the original is deleted, but there are no guarantees.

I meant that we had an ability to check flickr photos, but now we are not able even to see the link and windows
