Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

Hello! Could you please explain how to get back photos from Flickr? Now it is not available to open it (they are unfound). Thank you

You've posted this on a help site for OpenStreetMap. You'll need to contact Flickr's support.

See https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/82276/flickr-photos which seems to be a continuation of this question

If a Flickr photo was linked to an OSM item (for example, as street-level imagery), then a deleted photo may no longer serve a purpose in OSM. Sometimes Wikimedia Commons imports appropriately-licensed photos to it's repository (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/category:files_from_Flickr), where they may remain even after the original is deleted, but there are no guarantees.
