Bangladesh - Administrative Boundaries in Brahmanbaria District

Hi, i need some help regarding incomplete boundary data in Bangladesh. Bangladesh is subdivided into "Divisions" (Admin Level 4). Divisions are subdivided into Districts (Admin Level 5) and further into Upazilas (Admin Level 6).

My issue relates to Brahmanbaria Sadar Upazila (Relation: 14326801) in Brahmanbaria District (Relation: 3824840) of Chattogram Division (Relation: 3824588). It seems that the current Brahmanbaria Sadar Upazila Relation covers not only that Upazila itself but also two other Upazilas which are currently missing in OSM:

Please compare the size and shape of the current Brahmanbaria Sadar Upazila Relation (14326801) with the Commons SVG Locator map of that Upazila.

Are there any open sources known that could be uses to add the missing boundaries?
