In OSM Zo HaDerech, Hadar Am, Israel is labeled as one-way, allowing traffic to drive due south. But in reality (I live in the area), traffic is only allowed to drive due north.

I committed [my first] change with this correction (over several hours ago), however it still doesn't appear on the map.

Have I done something wrong? Does it usually take long?

The change was instant, but the map you see can take some time to refresh (in part because it is heavily cached). You can change to the "Humanitarian Map" layer to see it with the directional arrows pointing North. Other maps may take a week to 10 days to catch up, routing engines even longer (most update on a monthly cycle).
