Error create an OSM clone website in Docker

What is the reason that when I create my version OSM website of Docker in the command "git clone https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website.git", in this case it creates the website, but when I download the code from GitHub and try I made the website, the answer is such Error: /usr/bin/env: 'ruby\r': No such file or directory
