I tried to download with overpass: link text geofabrik: link text and QuantumGIS, but all of them doesn't have accurate database for rives. This Overpass query on the Overpass Turbo website gets you all things that are tagged with waterway. You can either position the map above the area you want and run the query, or add an area/bounding box yourself. Overpass Turbo allows you to download the data in a variety of formats. Hi, bro. Could you teach me how download another kinds of map object. Ex: I see in road category, there are many kind of road: motor road, trunk road, primary road... and I want to download a specific kind of road, example just trunk road. I read these documents but I didn't understand very much. I searched with "highway" keyword, but it also results many small streets. Thankyou.

the easiest way is to use the Overpass wizard. On the other hand you need to know how something is tagged. The latter you can learn from looking at the data, using taginfo or the wiki, especially http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Map_Features and linked pages. So for trunks, type in highway=trunk in the wizard dialog. This will generate the query for you. When you want to export it, the tool will say that it modified the query for that purpose and you have to run the query again. Hope this helps, but feel free to ask another question.
