You don't say what library or other software you're using to display the map. Controlling the placement will be a function of that library.

However, it is a legal requirement that you credit OpenStreetMap, and OSM says that "For a browsable electronic map, the credit should appear in the corner of the map" - not hidden away on a credits page somewhere. Be fair, it's not exactly much to ask for giving you the best free map of the world without any advertising, is it?

Also note that in your image, the attribution is the old-style attribution that we used before the license change.
