I am trying to customize the OSM-tracker for android. In that matter I have some questions: 1) How do I code an attribute to an objeckt (Example; if I want to registre the condion on a parkinglot, Bad or poor.) How do I do that ? 2) How do I make my customized app available to some other persons?

Have you considered to contact the author of that app to get a hint?

solution for 2)

publish your app via GooglePlay (formerly known as Android Market) or offer an compiled apk file on any internet page so that users can download it directly.
