I can confirm Trogdor server seem to have issues with disk load especially last few days, as can be seen on https://munin.openstreetmap.org/openstreetmap.org/trogdor.openstreetmap.org/diskstats_utilization/index.html It results in 6+ seconds loading time for each tile during day :( I've contacted operations@osmfoundation.org so hopefully operations@osmfoundation.org, and they can do something about confirm they are working on it.
