How to tag an area which is - Used to train solders - Large-ish, several square kilometres, mostly forest and countryside (including cattle!) - Not, strictly speaking, off-limits to the general public, but - may be noisy and risky ("blank" ammunition firing, combat vehicles doing "tactical" driving, ...) `landuse=military, military=training_area` looked promising, but, judging by the wiki, `training_area` is more of a research/test facility and not so much about squaddies doing the same ambush over and over again... And if call this a `danger_area`, what, then, do I use for the areas where there actually are live shells dropping out of the sky, and where you get prosecuted if you enter?
