I guess you mean the default map on http://www.openstreetmap.org/ ... http://www.openstreetmap.org/ uses [leaflet](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Leaflet) [Leaflet](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Leaflet) since Sept 2016 if I see correctly. November 2012. Leaflet also uses tiles. However, you cannot ([since](https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/dev/2017-February/029720.html) [Sept 2016](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/1302#event-806574617)) simply do a right click on a tile to get its address. Note that due to a current [server move](https://blog.openstreetmap.org/2018/07/25/server-moves-imperial-equinix/) updates may be slower than usual.
