I had the same problem with version 13576 and, thus, went back to 13500. There is a ticket about this issue (https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/16133) ([https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/16133](https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/16133)) which apparently has been closed 4 days ago. It seems to work again in version 13694, but I haven't tested it.
