I am using JOSM stable version 13576 and Windows 10. When I use the "Adjust Imagery Offset" window it works fine as it should but when I press OK to apply the adjustment and go back to mapping the Offset window disappears but it does not release. This means that when I left click and drag then the imagery keeps moving and I cannot select any features or draw any features. This happens when I use the Tasking Manager to download a task square and also when I download direct off OpenStreetMap using the slippy map. How can I fix this so I can apply the offsets?
