My personal recommendation is [JOSM](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JOSM).[JOSM](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JOSM). With JOSM you can input a new point by using coordinates and adjust it afterwards by dragging with the mouse pointer.
