I am trying to edit some data and I am getting the following error message upon hitting the edit tab: "Editing failed - make sure JOSM or Merkaartor is loaded and the remote control option is enabled". I have Merkaartor v0.18.2-64bit loaded, but not sure how or where, to enable the 'remote control option'.option'. The operating system used is Windows 7 Enterprise.
