The reason that you can not find anything to edit is because the house in not actually in the OpenStreetMap data set. This has been found in an external (non-osm) data set called 'tiger' which isn't very acurate. If you add house numbers in this area in OSM this will be used in preference so simply adding the property in the correct location should fix things.
