Note that both relations will need to have been loaded - in other words, you need to pan to an area that has both in. * Switch to Advanced view. * Select one of the ways in relation A. * Add it to relation B (using the 'Add to' button). * You should now have both relations showing in the Relations panel of the Advanced view. * In the dropdown menu to the right of relation B, choose 'Select all members'. * In the dropdown menu to the right of relation A, choose 'Add selection to this relation'. * Finally, select relation B, and click 'Remove from'.
