How to tag a only section of a road as oneway?

Hi there, I'm trying to add a one way section to only a small section of road. In Potlatch when i click the road it highlights all of it however i want to just do a section of road between two junctions.

You have to split the way in three to tag the one section. Just select the way, then one end of your section. Click the cut tool (X). Repeate for the other end of the section. Then select the section and add the oneway=yes tag.
