Can this maps used in gps car tracking system? If so, how? asked 11 Jan '12, 23:03 tmazim aseerel4c26 ♦ |
This depends on what system you are using. If you have a Garmin device you can convert OSM data to the garmin format and use that. If you have a tablet or a TomTom you can use Navit. Other devices may be possible. answered 12 Jan '12, 10:05 Gnonthgol ♦ |
As GPS tracking systems are usually quite specialised, and developed towards the needs of the client, this entirely depends on what supplier you work with. As BlueSky donates a bit to OSM, I assume they also work with OSM. http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Merchandise#BlueSkyTracking answered 16 Jan '12, 16:56 Sanderd17 |
