Pages such as http://odbl.de/ give an idea of how many objects were either last edited by a non-CT-accepter, or where the v1 object was created by a non-CT-accepter, and never modified. When I turn on the licence highlighting feature in editors like Potlatch, it seems to highlight ways and nodes where any edit was made by a non-CT-accepter. Is there a method to get an idea of what percentage of ways are like this? To give an idea of what I'm talking about, consider this way: https://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/17558756 It was created by me from a survey in 2007, and last edited by another CT accepter in June 2011, but edited by non-CT-accepters in between. Thus it shows as CT-ODbL accepting way at http://odbl.de/ In Potlatch this way shows as red when you turn on the license tracking feature. One possibility is Geofabrik's OSM Inspector which has a license change map. That doesn't give you a numeric percentage but it shows a zoomed-out version of what you see in the editor.
