Keep or delete interpolations when adding houses with housenumbers?

2

I've surveyed the housenumbers of some houses in Trollbäcken, Sweden, and now I'm tracing the houses from Bing and adding numbers to them.

Now some of the roads have interpolations already. Should I delete them, or is there are reason to have both an interpolation and houses/entrances with addr:housenumber?

There is no reason to keep interpolation lines once you have explicitly marked all the houses. You can safely remove the line.

That is only true if all the numbers are on correct locations. There are not many more annoying activities than searching a misplaced address node in in densely mapped area...
