Apparently no, but you can use the yandex panorams (aka streetview). I guess they do not control the license of the map data, so they cannot give it away like they do for their streetview ? The Russia page on the wiki probably has more information. |

I live in Kazakhstan. There are only 2 sources of images that shows my town in appretiate quality - Google and Yandex. I can't use Google Maps because of license policy. Does Yandex use the same license?
