According to TagInfo around 1000 buildings have been marked using the listed_status=* tag. This tag hasn't been documented, but TagInfo shows you how other mappers have been using it. You should also add a tag explaining the source you've used, as everything in OpenStreetMap should be verifiable.

There is a map showing listed buildings using the tags heritage and listed_status: http://www.itoworld.com/map/170
