Hi, I have the same Problem in IE9, nothing in OSM is working, when I open Potlatch I get message "Couldn't load the map" an I see only a lot of bugs.

I had this briefly on Firefox and Opera but not on Internet Explorer which I use rarely. This hinted at a caching issue and shift-refresh in Firefox fixed things (similarly all is now fine for me in Opera). You don't say which browser you are using, but try whatever the equivalent is.

Yup, lots of errors that can be fixed with a browser cache refresh.

As a compensation for your troubles, you get two new layers on openstreetmap.org (click the top-right "+" on the map).
