There are lots of capitals in Russia, I think someone mapped cities in wrong way. Can you remove these tags and leave it only for Moscow? |

Thats not really a qestion that belongs here. The talk mailinglist would be a better place. Before you do that you should contact the user who did those changes. Maybe he had good reasons for his changes? You two seem to be the people who care most about this case, so try to resolve it first with him. Then, later, if you can't get into contact or if you have and you agree that those changes should be reverted and you don't know how to do it, come to the mailing list. |
