Three days ago I added three points on the map. One point is displayed simply as a dot without a name, the other two have a name, but none of the points displays an icon. How can I fix this? Help me please

The rendering on the standard layer is offered by Carto and is a blue dot as with all the other offices I checked.

Shops tend to have more interesting icons.
I expect the one that does not display the name is due to spacing from the other pois. If you want the name to display, I would shift it a bit further away from the others until you get a better result.

I was confused by the fact that when editing the map, this icon is shown at all points https://disk.yandex.ru/i/xuI2ynBdDrMxpg

I use the Josm editor and that has a very rich set of icons but the layers at openstreetmap.org don't display as many unfortunately.
my screen shows your poi's name now...
