Instagram - wrong position

The location "Mt. Etna Sicily" is not located in England but rather in Sicily, Catania

If instagram thinks that Mt Etna is in Biggleswade, you'll need to raise that with Instagram / Facebook. It's nothing to do with OpenStreetMap.
