There were a number of address point errors along Glen Acres DR S. I worked with King County WA GIS staff to correct them in their base maps, and they are verified correct now. Is it possible to refresh an area within OSM to correct all these addresses by pulling data from King County WA Parcel Viewer?

In addition to Frederik Ramm's comments please note that part of the Import Guidelines is a requirement for external data source to be suitably licensed.

No, as there is no linkage between the OSM addresses and the King County data. If you're lucky you'll find a volunteer to write some code to do this (and make the matches according to geometry) but it will be several hours of programming work so unless it's more than a few hundred addresses, doing it manually is probably fastest. Best way to find a volunteer is the OSM community forum linked in the header of this page.
