[closed] How to tag different lanes? RFC

After getting more and more details in my surrounding I wanted to add turn lanes to the junctions I create or edit. So I created a proposal for this, because every given system is far away from easy, useful way to tag this.

So I just wanted to ask here for your comments about using it, or change something =)
