When I submitted my edit a day ago, I checked the box to have a user check it over to see if I did it correctly. How do I know if somebody has looked at it?

Your edit was this one. Some tools do highlight "review requested" changesets, but most won't get looked at as there isn't a formal process to review.

If not one said anything, it likely means that no-one has looked at it. Maybe they will now after you've asked this help question :)

Thanks for responding! All I did was put in the correct speed limit for the highlighted area, hopefully it helped.
