In Pskov, Russia. It is full of all sorts of nasty things, name-calling, incitement of hostility and so on, it is written in the names of streets, rivers, kindergartens, shopping centers and so on. Do you have moderation or verification? How to fix it and return it as it was? Such inscriptions are all over Russia!!! Inscriptions of an offensive nature. They insult the country and the people living in it.

This is the OSM help site, and an operational issue like this one probably doesn't really fit here.

As you can see from the various threads at https://community.openstreetmap.org/, it is being dealt with.
