install OSM tile server on Oracle Linux 8

I am installing OS Map Tile server on an Oracle Linux Server release 8.8 I keep running into dependency-related issues. most of the packages are not available, Is this possible to use OE8.8? If so, does anyone have a guide or workarounds?
