Hello, I'm new to OSM and i want to ask, if I can i use an image of a OSM chart with additional personal information in a paid iPhone app, if i refer to OSM and add the information, that the base of this map is OSM ?? The simple answer is yes. Make sure that you are not breaking the tile usage policy if you are using map tiles from the osm server (other map tile providers may have different policies). If you make derived data from our map (like a user marking a point on the map) the users are not allowed to distribute this data under any other licence.
