Query subways master and child relationship

Hello, how to query OSM child relationship that have no wikidata tag? Thanks

Can you explain what you're actually trying to do and why wikidata is relevant?

Tagging wikidata ID on child relationships would help build maps such as in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Rapid_transit_OSM_map . For that template to function on a wiki using OSM layered tracks, child relationships of a master route shall have a wikidata id.

That's more Wikipedia's problem than ours. Transit routes are recorded in OSM with their own relation ID's. See here for the general overview.
