Hi how to tag several vertical emergency steps on a quai just to save swimmers from drowning. For instance : Highway=path, incline=100% and situation/position vertical, material=steel ?

incline=100% is not the same as vertical. An incline of 100% is just a 45° angle but not 90°.

Thanks Ill use vertical=yes for these special stairways to heaven, they allow you to leave the water of the harbor after you have fallen into it between the ship and the harbour.
