Alternative to felt.com route maker?

felt.com is a good tool for creating overlays on OSM maps.

The 'route' feature which creates linear overlays that accurately follow OSM's ways is excellent, but it doesn't have a circle tool.

Is anybody aware of an alternative which has both features?
