Hi, First off I've reverted the changes you inadvertently made to a business in Russia. Search for Lake Forest Drive, McKinney. Locate the exact position of the company. Place a node there or draw in the building. Proceed to tag the feature with the correct information. If it's already mapped just amend the existing tags to suit. Regards Bernard.

Thank you for your help. I have one more question: I've edited information about the company in Belarus on OpenStreetMap but still see no changes on mapcarta.com. What should I do?

Hi, The About MapCarta page (https://mapcarta.com/About_Mapcarta) states "Please make edits directly with our open data sources. Your changes should appear on Mapcarta in a few weeks." So you might have to wait quite some time to see your changes.

  1. Please start by reading the Beginner guide and use the OSM wiki as a reference, most of your questions are already answered, as well as some much needed best practices.
  2. Check if there is existing data and update it with information you think is beneficial to the map.
