Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

hi,

We are developing a commercial website in which info about local habitat, governments and businesses shall be provided. Users shall use this website for free but if a business wants to list its business then it will have to pay a minimal amount.

This website shall be used to collect and disseminate various local data, complaints and information. Users can tag these on the map.

So, we want to use OSM map for this purpose.

The License agreement of OSM map says that one can use OSM maps for free for this purpose. Please clarify me the appropriate terms of use.
