I am being stalked and someone loaded this app on my phone remotely. It’s located in find my and I can’t get rid of it. Please help me with this issue someone.

If you really suspect that somebody installed an app remotely, the only safe course is to change your accounts credentials (password/etc) and factory-reset your phone. Enable two-factor auth where possible, and backup your data.

Note that OpenStreetMap itself has nothing to do with spyware, it's just map data that apps can use to display a map, give directions etc. I'd be surprised if spyware used OSM data directly on the victim's device: the spyware is more likely to just upload the GPS coordinates somewhere.
