Dear Friends of OpenStreetMap,

Probably you get this a lot but I am trying to find the location below in OpenStreetMaps but does not shows to edit, do you know why?

(instagram link edited in case it was spam; the actual instagram link isn't relevant to the answer)

Thanks in advance,

Probably because it doesn't exist in the real world? Instagram and other Facebook products have all sorts of stuff in them that doesn't (in any real sense) exist.

If it is a real thing that should be added to OpenStreetMap, zoom the map in to where it is, click the edit button, go through the tutorial, and add it.

Thanks, so it is not here probably I need to ask Facebook to remove it. The place exists but this location in particular has a title we are looking to remove.

Yes - if something is wrong in Facebook you'll need to get them to fix that. They do not use OSM as their main source of "places" data.
