Vienna is missing

I've attempted to query Vienna on the API ... but no luck ... it seems like the city is missing.

Following your example links today I do see the Vienna relation (#109166) as the first result on your Nominatim request.

My requests are currently answered by https://hardware.openstreetmap.org/servers/vhagar.openstreetmap.org/ - if you don't see the same result, please check the IP address or CNAME (via e.g. 'dig nominatim.openstreetmap.org') to find out which nominatim instance is answering your requests.
