Restrict some sections of the streets

dear all, I am using a docker with osm and vroom containers for generating some routing options. I would need to disable routing along some sections of specific streets for specific profiles. My idea was to modify pbf file by extracting a specific part of some street or by adding some access tag (I am not sure if this is possible for a part of the street). Give me please an idea how to achieve this. thanks Mihailo
