Since the satellite image I used was updated, the lines I drew and the regions I marked slightly moved. can I fix them in bulk or do I have to deal with them one by one

You need to check aerial images with all available GPX traces and then drag the image into alignment with the best average of the traces. After doing this drag the existing ways into alignment with the now corrected background. It is very frustrating if an area is mapped with misaligned images. We should not believe our eyes until alignment is checked.
