Guten Tag,

das Integrierte Rheinprogramm (www.irp-bw.de) ist ein Referat des Regierungspräsidiums Freiburg, welches für den Bau von 13 Hochwasserrückhalteräumen entlang des Rheins zuständig ist. Im Zuge dieser Bauarbeiten haben wir aktuell eine Autobahnunterführung, die ca. 3 Jahre lang von Montag-Freitag von 6-18 Uhr gesperrt sein wird. Gibt es in OSM eine Möglichkeit diese (zeitweise) Sperrung zu hinterlegen, sodass Routen-Planungs-Plattformen während dieser Zeit automatisch mit alternativen Routen planen? Grüße das IRP-Team

Ja, man kann mit sogenannten conditional restriction Tags dies modellieren. Allerdings werden diese Attribute nicht von jedem Navigationsapp unterstützt, conditional restrictions zu verwenden dürfte aber trotzdem die bessere Lösung sein als die Strecke in OSM ganz zu sperren.
