Cuba map comes as .img, and doesn't show up in Basecamp

Hi, following the normal procedure (https://garmin.opentopomap.org), the Cuba map does not show up in BaseCamp. After unzipping the downloaded file, only one file as a .img file shows up, not the map-structure that I have seen with other downloaded countries.
