How can my service be unblocked from using OSM?

We are in the process to implement API so that it conforms to the usage policy. Meanwhile, what is the process or whom should I contact so that my service is unblocked and I would be able to connect to OSM again?

There are many different OSM servers and services - the tile service, the Nominatim geocoder, Overpass... please explain which service you have been blocked from.

The OSM endpoint we are trying to access is https://maps.mail.ru/osm/tools/overpass/api/interpreter

That's run by mail.ru and you'd need to contact them.
