I was wondering how to map different levels of a building as wheelchair accessible, as in, where the ground floor is accessible, but the first and second floors are not.

Is it elevator=no, or some other reason? No easy progress until indoor=level is added.

Yes. The other floors are accessible by stairs only. Do I just use indoor=level and wheelchair=no on each level?
