OSM Data missing in Nordhausen DE

I am adding minor fixes to OSM while travelling. I use Go Map!! on my iPhone.

Around below location I see big blank spaces in the editor. This looks like a fault in OSM data. In the rendered map it looks all fine.

Who has the knowledge to check this and take action if it is a fault.

Can you check again? There was a server problem yesterday that resulted in some invalid data being sent to editors.
